After Liverpool defeated Newcastle 4-2 in the Premier League, Jürgen Klopp was overjoyed, but his happiness was short-lived as he momentarily misplaced his wedding band during the post-match festivities.
At a sodden Anfield, finding the ring in the middle of the ground required the keen eye of a TV camera operator.
In response, a relieved Klopp kissed the ring in front of the television cameras.
Klopp remarked, “I had a massive shock.” “But it’s back.”
The incident occurred shortly after Liverpool defeated Newcastle United, giving Klopp’s team a three-point lead.

After congratulating his teammates, Klopp turned to face the Liverpool supporters.
When Klopp realized he had misplaced his wedding band, he was cheering the audience on.
After the match, Liverpool moved up to the top of the rankings by three points after a TV camera operator found the ring on the field at Anfield.
As he was thanking the audience, he saw that his wedding band was missing.
He searched the grass in his immediate vicinity, even approaching a steward to see if he would mind lending a hand.
An operator of a Sky Sports camera then informed Klopp where the ring was located.
Klopp remarked, “I lost it once [before] in my life.”
It was in the sea, therefore I required a professional diver.
“From time to time when I lose one or two kilos, it’s not the right fit anymore.”
With a brace in the second half, Mohamed Salah made up for a missed penalty as Liverpool began the new year with a win.
With 20 games played, Liverpool has 45 points, and Aston Villa is in second position with 42 points.
