While some fans are criticizing Reese for how her and teammate Chennedy Carter treated Caitlin Clark on Saturday, the “Chi Barbie” appears to be shrugging off any negativity. few hours after Saturday’s game ended, Reese posted an Instagram photo of her smiling on the sidelines pregame, with the caption, “give yourself some grace. you’re doing great sweetie!”Saturday’s WNBA game between the Chicago Sky and the Indiana Fever proved to be one of the most entertaining, dramatic, and controversial women’s basketball games in recent memory.
Not only was the game itself exciting, but there were multiple moments between the team’s star players (specifically between the WNBA’s two rookie sensations, Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark) that had fans buzzing.
Ultimately the Fever emerged victorious, securing their second win of the WNBA season by one point over Chicago.
Per usual, Reese was excellent on the offensive boards, grabbing 8 along with 5 defensive rebounds.
